SMLSCO provides comprehensive stainless steel pipe fitting solutions to meet diverse industrial needs. This T-shaped pipe fitting features three equally sized ports, designed to create 90° branches while maintaining consistent pipeline diameter. Ideal for creating fluid distribution manifolds or branch flow paths in low-pressure systems.

CF8M/316 stainless steel provides superior corrosion resistance compared to standard 304 material. The addition of molybdenum enhances protection against chlorides and various industrial chemicals, resulting in lower long-term maintenance costs and higher operational safety.

Our cast pipe fittings are produced using precision casting (silica sol) technology:

• Creation of wax molds wrapped in refractory materials
• Heating to melt and remove wax, creating hollow ceramic shells
• Pouring molten stainless steel into shells
• Cooling and solidification process
• Final machining and tapping processes

This process ensures excellent dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness.
