Primary Uses & Applications:
* Marine hardware & boat fittings.
* Food & beverage processing equipment.
* Pharmaceutical & laboratory equipment.
* Chemical plant fixtures & instrumentation.
* Outdoor enclosures & architectural metalwork.
* HVAC systems in corrosive environments.
* High-humidity appliance manufacturing.
* Potable water systems.
* Any application requiring non-corrosive, hygienic fasteners.
Surface Treatment/Finishes:
* **Passivation (Standard):** Critical chemical process removing
free iron particles and enhancing the natural chromium oxide
passive layer for maximum corrosion resistance. Slightly matte
finish.
* **Electropolishing (Optional):** Creates a smoother, brighter,
more reflective surface. Further enhances corrosion resistance,
improves cleanability/decontamination (ideal for food/pharma), and
reduces friction/galling tendency. Compliant with hygienic
standards.

How to Use:
1. **Prevent Galling:** **Highly Recommended!** Apply a **stainless
steel specific anti-seize compound** to the threads before
installation, especially for stainless-on-stainless connections.
This prevents thread cold welding (galling).
2. **Prepare:** Ensure female threads (nut/tapped hole) are clean,
compatible, and ideally also stainless steel (A2/A4). Deburr holes.
3. **Insert:** Place screw through clearance hole.
4. **Drive:** Use the **correct size Phillips driver**. Apply
**steady, moderate pressure and speed**. Avoid high RPMs which
generate heat and increase galling risk.
5. **Tighten:** Tighten until snug and the pan head seats. **Do not
over-torque.** Refer to A2 stainless torque specs.
6. **Washer Note:** For load distribution or vibration resistance,
use **stainless steel flat washers or Belleville washers** (added
separately).
7. **Removal:** Should be straightforward if anti-seize was used.
If galling occurs, do not force - risk breaking the head
