Closed Water Cooling Tower with Stainless Steel Pipes

Composed: Main cooling system, auxiliary cooling system.

Main cooling system: shell, air blower, Internal circulation cooling system,external circulation cooling system.

Auxiliary cooling system: stainless steel water tank, bracket, main pump.

Main cooling systme shell: three kinds of material: Aluminium covered zinc board, Magnesium coated zinc board, stainless steel board.

Internal circulation cooling system have two kinds of pipe: stainless steel pipe, copper pipe. Stainless steel pipe is commonly used. Auxiliary cooling system is stainless steel water tank.

Process: The hot water in the auxiliary cooling system tank will be transfer into stailess steel pipe of the the cooling tower( the core of the internal circulation system) by the main pump. The temperature of water will be declined by the function of air blower and spray of main cooling system. So the water is cool now, then it will be input inside the equipment which need to be cooling. At last, the water will return back the water tank of the auxiliary system by return pipe. The process will be circulated again.

The water of internal cooling system is pure. If strict requirement, it can be distilled water. Well water or tap water is ok for external cooling system. It will form incrustation on the outside of internal circulation system. The cooling effect will become poor. The failure of equipment need to be cool will enhance. So it should be cleaned regularly. If the condition is good, a set of water purification system can be matched.

Characteristic of closed cooling system: easily used. Little occupation room, low price, good cooling effect.
