This series of PETG cosmetic packaging containers includes four categories: round-shoulder round-bottom bottles, spray bottles, dropper bottles and cream jars, designed for skin care products such as essences, creams, moisturizers, etc. PETG raw materials are used, and 8 capacity specifications are provided from 15ml to 150ml.

Bottle mouth system:

• Standard 20/24 thread design, compatible with 90% pump heads and caps on the market.
• Dropper bottle adopts double-layer sealing structure, and the leak-proof test passes 0.05MPa air pressure detection.

Dimension accuracy:

• Diameter range: 31.5mm-72mm (±0.3mm tolerance).
• Height range: 63.2mm-143.4mm (±1mm tolerance).

Production and quality control

• Injection molding process: 128-cavity mold production, daily production capacity of 200,000 pieces.
• Surface treatment: supports matte/bright surface effect, UV printing color difference.
• Quality control: full inspection items include three indicators: sealing, thread matching, and light transmittance.
