Industrial Grade Magnesium Sulfate Inorganic Chemicals –
High-Purity White Crystalline Powder for Multiple Applications
Industrial Grade Magnesium Sulfate is a high-purity, white
crystalline compound composed of magnesium, sulfur, and oxygen,
typically available in hydrated forms such as heptahydrate
(MgSO₄·7H₂O), monohydrate (MgSO₄·H₂O), or anhydrous (MgSO₄). This
versatile chemical is manufactured under strict quality control to
meet industrial demands for consistency, solubility, and purity. It
is widely used across industries including textiles, leather,
construction, chemical synthesis, water treatment, and
fireproofing.
In the textile and dyeing industry, magnesium sulfate acts as a
stabilizing agent, helping to control the pH level and improve dye
absorption. In the leather industry, it is utilized during tanning
processes to enhance chemical penetration and final texture. It is
also used in the manufacture of magnesium-based chemicals, paper
pulp, ceramics, ABS plastics, fire-retardant formulations, and as
an additive in electroplating baths to improve conductivity and
metal adhesion.
In industrial wastewater treatment, magnesium sulfate serves as a
flocculant and buffer, aiding in heavy metal precipitation and pH
adjustment. It can also be employed in concrete and cement
applications to regulate setting time, increase strength, and
reduce cracking due to shrinkage. Furthermore, magnesium sulfate is
added in the aluminum smelting industry as a surface treatment
component to enhance color anodization.
This product is valued for its high solubility in water, stable
chemical properties, and cost-effective performance in a wide array
of industrial processes. It is typically supplied in 25kg or 50kg
woven bags or bulk jumbo bags, with customized packaging options
available on request.
