Working Principle

Our semi automatic dry mix powder mortar mixing plant include a bucket elevator, a twin shaft paddle mixer machine, a finished product hopper, one or two valve type packing machine, a steel frame, a air compressor machine, a electric control cabinet, etc

When the Semi-automatic Dry Mix Powder Mortar Plant works, firstly, different kinds of raw material will be transported into the twin shaft paddle mixer by bucket elevator, secondly, different kinds of raw material will be mixed uniformly in the mixer machine, thirdly, the mixed material will get into the automatic packing machine and be packed.

1, Bucket elevator.
