Molykote EM-50L is a PAO-based grease with NLGI 1 consistency, density 0.84 g/cm³, base oil viscosity 1,050 mm²/s@40°C. Engineered for noise reduction in plastic components within -40°C to 150°C environments.

EM-50L utilizes lithium soap thickening, achieving 290 mN·m starting torque @-40°C and 0.71 mm wear scar. Silicone-free formulation prevents contact failure, while 2.5% bleed rate suits clean environments.
