Basic Properties​

3M EW2030 is a one-part heat-cured epoxy adhesive with silica filler. Features 120°C Tg, no mixing required, designed for electronics potting/sealing with 19 kV/mm dielectric strength and humidity resistance.

Product Description​

EW2030 passes Pressure Cooker Test (PCT), maintaining bond strength under 85°C/85% RH. Single-component design eliminates mixing errors, curing on-demand (e.g., 120°C/30 min) for automated production.
