How Is the Air Bag Constructed?

The flexible bellows is made of fabric-reinforced rubber and usually has one, two or three corrugations, depending on the required stroke. The chrome steel end caps at both ends are welded with anti-corrosion studs, which provide higher installation error tolerance and simplify the assembly process. However, it is necessary to ensure that the force is evenly distributed over the entire end cap surface, and lateral guide rails must be provided to ensure stability.
