   The nanometer-level medium mesh, combined with the high-gradient magnetic field, can capture 1μm-sized iron particles generated by the wear of sterilization equipment and homogenizers in dairy slurries. In a certain dairy enterprise, the measured iron content decreased from 0.1ppm to 0.005ppm. The fully sealed aseptic chamber, paired with a mirror-finish inner wall with Ra≤0.8μm, controls the total number of colonies inside the equipment to below 10CFU/m², meeting the strict hygiene requirements for infant formula production.
