The SH259B fully automatic water-soluble acid analyzer is designed and produced in accordance with GB/T7598-2008 "Determination of water-soluble acids in transformer oil and turbine oil during operation (colorimetric method)" and GB/T 259 "Determination of water-soluble acids and bases in petroleum products". It is specifically used for the determination of water-soluble acids (pH) in petroleum products such as transformer oil, turbine oil, and fire-resistant oil. The instrument has a high degree of automation. After injecting the oil sample and water according to the standard regulations, the instrument will strictly follow the order specified in the standard to perform heating, oscillation, oil-water separation, draw double water samples, add two indicators (bromocresol green and bromocresol purple), color development, colorimetric determination, display and print the measurement results. This instrument improves work efficiency and testing accuracy while reducing user contact with samples and reagents, ensuring maximum personal safety. No manual measurement is required, simply place the sample in the sample cup, and the instrument will automatically perform processes such as injection, heating oscillation, measurement, drainage, and display of results.
