1. Excellent safety and reliability:
Main brake: High-performance disc brake (or cone brake),
responsive, large and adjustable braking torque, good heat
dissipation and long life. Usually normally closed design,
automatic braking when power is off.
Auxiliary brake/safety brake: Some high-end models or specific
requirements will be equipped with a second set of independent
brakes (such as electromagnetic drum or additional disc) to provide
safety protection when the main brake fails.
Overload protection: Integrated mechanical (such as friction
clutch) or electronic overload limiter to prevent overload
operation and protect equipment and personnel safety.
Upper and lower limit limit: Reliable heavy hammer or rotary
encoder type (more accurate) limit switch, automatic cut-off action
to prevent top or excessive lowering.
Phase sequence protection: Prevent the hoist from running in
reverse due to incorrect power phase sequence.
Emergency stop button: Set emergency stop switch on the hoist body
and remote control.
Wire rope anti-slip groove device: Ensure that the wire rope is
properly wound on the drum.
High temperature protection: The motor has a built-in thermal
protection device.
