3. Feeding speed: Continuous feeding for 2 seconds *10 pieces; It takes about 3 seconds for the pallet to transfer the material to the material track, one piece
4. The dimensions in the picture correspond to the maximum pallet size :L240*W350*H30mm(15 pallets)
5. Action Process:
A. Pallet placement area: Manually place (empty) and (loaded) material packaging trays. The base trays can be pulled out of the machine for placement, allowing for continuous operation without stopping the machine (please cooperate according to the prompts on the display screen)
B. Equipment material transfer area: The equipment pulls out and raises the loading base tray (this action is not performed when the tray is changed manually). The XY axis is equipped with suction cups or clamps to transfer the materials from the set coordinates in the tray to the C discharge track
C. Discharge Area: Depending on the material, a belt or direct vibration is used to send the material to the D discharge area (the fixation method can be adjusted according to different models of equipment).
D. Material retrieval Area: The insertion machine takes materials at this position (if the material needs to be flipped, it should be done at the material retrieval position).

The size of the pallet exceeds the range, and the external dimensions of the equipment need to be enlarged
