Sun Hydraulic Valve RDFA-LWN is a direct-acting relief valve, which belongs to the cartridge valve series. It is a normally closed pressure limiting valve. When the inlet pressure (port 1) reaches the set value, the valve begins to open and directs the excess flow to the tank (port 2), thereby limiting the pressure rise. The valve adopts Sun's unique floating structure design, which can effectively reduce the internal parts sticking caused by excessive installation torque or valve hole machining errors. The flow capacity of the RDFA-LWN valve is 50 gpm (200 L/min) and is suitable for hydraulic systems with a maximum working pressure of 5000 psi (350 bar). Its design has good anti-contamination ability and is relatively insensitive to impurities in the oil and temperature changes, which can ensure stability and reliability under complex working conditions.
