Product Description
The conical mixer is a common mixing equipment. Its main body is in a conical structure, usually consisting of a conical container and the internal stirring components (such as a spiral stirrer). During operation, through the combination of rotation and revolution of the stirring components, the material generates up-down circular motion and cross-mixing within the cone, thereby achieving uniform mixing of different materials. It has the characteristics of high mixing efficiency, good mixing uniformity, and convenient discharging, and is widely used in powder or granular material mixing operations in industries such as chemical engineering, food, medicine, and building materials.

Working Principle
When the conical mixer is in operation, the spiral agitator inside the cone rotates around its own axis while also performing a revolution around the central axis of the container. This combined motion causes the bottom materials to be lifted by the spiral blades to the top and then scattered in all directions, returning from the cone wall to the bottom, forming a three-dimensional circular flow in the radial, axial and tangential directions. At the same time, the rotation of the spiral blades exerts shear and convection effects on the materials, effectively breaking up the particle agglomeration. With the synergy of revolution and rotation, materials of different densities and particle sizes can be uniformly mixed within a short period of time.
