applied drone technology to the agricultural field and established
DJI Dajiang Agriculture in 2015. With the rapid development of
agricultural drones, they are no longer merely used for pesticide
application but can also perform operations such as fertilizing and
sowing. The term "agricultural drones" gradually replaced
"agricultural pest control drones". Compared to manual operations,
agricultural drones can save agricultural water usage and improve

DJI Product Development Background: In 2012, the DJI team
discovered during market research that model aircraft enthusiasts
were using DJI flight control modules to assemble drones with
pesticide tanks for pesticide spraying in rice fields. The reason

operations. After three years of research, DJI's first agricultural

dual atomizing centrifugal spray heads that optimize the spray
plate flow channel design, with the droplet size ranging from 50 to
