ISO 9705 Room Corner Flammability Tester Product Introduction:
GB/T 25207-2010 "Solid Room Combustion Fire Test Method for Surface Materials" is based on the oxygen consumption principle and is a combustion test standard compiled with reference to ISO 9705 "Full-size Room Test for Surface Materials". This test method uses the simulated corner fire scene as the standard test condition and stipulates that the installation of the test sample is carried out completely according to the actual use. It is currently the most reliable standard test method. Due to the relatively complex number of samples and test conditions required by this test, it is usually used in fire science research and the evaluation of the combustion characteristics of materials that cannot be correctly evaluated by small-scale tests. The test device consists of four parts, including a combustion chamber, a smoke collection and sample gas collection system, a gas analysis and data processing system, and a gas supply system. The test is carried out in a combustion chamber with a sample surface area of approximately 21m2 and a door that is always open. The tested materials are installed according to actual usage. A right-angled triangle sand box burner is set at the contact point between the corner and the wall in the room. The fuel gas is propane gas. During the test, the gas flow rate needs to be controlled so that the standard heat output of the fire source is 100kW in the first 10 minutes. When the material does not flash, the gas flow rate is adjusted to increase the heat output to 300kW and continue for 10 minutes. During the total test period of 20 minutes, the test can be stopped if flashover occurs. The determination of the flashover phenomenon can be determined by observation and the test curve of the heat release rate. During the test, the main indicators tested are the total heat release, heat release rate, smoke generation, and smoke generation rate.

ISO 9705 Room Corner Flammability Tester Features:
1. The complete set of equipment includes a combustion chamber, a
flue gas collection and sample collection system, a gas analysis
and data processing system, and a gas supply system;
2. The conical flue gas collector is installed directly above the
weighing platform and the sample, with a bottom size of 3000mm X
3000mm and a height of 1000mm. The top of the conical flue gas
collector is a square of 900mm X 900mm X 900mm. At the same time,
two 500mm X 900mm steel plates are installed in the square at the
top to form a flue gas mixer;
3. The shortest length of the stainless steel exhaust pipe is not
less than 5000mm, the diameter is 400mm, and both ends are equipped
with flue gas mixing devices;
4. The exhaust system has sufficient capacity to collect all the
flue gas generated by the combustion test. The exhaust volume of

19. The oxygen analyzer provided should be paramagnetic and can at
least measure 02 with a concentration of 16%-21% (V/V). The
response time of the oxygen analyzer should not exceed 12s. Within
30min, the drift and noise of the analyzer should not exceed
100×10-6. The output of the analyzer to the data acquisition system
should have a maximum resolution of 100×10-6;
20. The carbon dioxide analyzer should be IR type and can at least
measure CO2 with a concentration of 0%-10%. The linearity of the
analyzer should be at least 1% of the full scale. The response time
of the analyzer should not exceed 12s;
21. The smoke density measurement system is installed on the side
pipe of the exhaust pipe with a flexible joint, and the
incandescent lamp is used at a color temperature of (2900±100)K;
22. The optical measurement element has a measurement range of
400-750nm visible light range and a transmittance accuracy of
0.01%;
23. The 100% and 0% calibration methods of the optical measurement
element are as follows: zero point calibration uses the
incandescent light source to turn off, and the software clicks 0%
to complete; 100% calibration is completed when the light path is
