This machine is an ideal equipment for stone fabricators who want both Precision and Efficiency. This machine adopts heavy-duty casting beams and 5-axis linkage control. It can realize complex processing of special-shaped curved surfaces on one machine. It integrates cutting, milling, drilling, carving and other functions into one. This machine is equipped with linear guides, ball screws, helical gears, enlarged high-precision planetary reducers and servo systems. Timely monitoring of the operation of the machine on the mobile devices is available. It contains a large number of cutting templates and galleries, and you can also import any processing shape by yourself.

1. CUTCAM industrial controller and industrial touch screen computer support online remote connection (system lifetime free remote upgrade)

2. Type 600: X-axis linear guide, rack drive, Y-axis, Z-axis linear guide, ball screw drive

3. The adjustable speed range of 0-6000 rpm is suitable for cutting and processing of granite, marble, microcrystalline stone, rock slab, glass and other materials.

4. The whole structure adopts gantry steel structure welding, heat treatment and tempering process, sandblasting and anti-rust treatment. The structure is solid and stable, and it is finished by gantry machining center with high precision and strong stability.

5. The Z-axis lifting adopts a cast iron integrated sliding plate structure, which has higher precision and stronger stability. And with brake function.

6. Equipped with a tool setter to automatically measure the blade diameter and diamond tip. After the tool is used for a period of time, the tool wear can be measured and accurate compensation can be made. One-click measurement, accurate and simple to operate)

9. A Hikvision high-definition industrial camera is installed above the machine head to collect the slab/tile size and position it. Compared with traditional industrial cameras, it is clearer and more accurate in positioning. There is no need to add additional light to the camera when working at night, and the clear slab texture can be seen at a glance. With the powerful internal typesetting software, typesetting can be completed more accurately and efficiently, greatly improving the efficiency of cutting processing.
