Before the product is dipped in paint, it goes through multiple processes such as vibrating sand-shaking bed and shot blasting machine to remove sand. The probability that the product needs to be returned to the furnace for remanufacturing due to unqualified sand attached to the surface is less than 8 out of 10,000;
The paint impregnated and applied to the product is high-quality and high-resistant asphalt paint, which further improves the service life and wear resistance of the product.
