Ultrafiltration equipment uses pressure as the driving force and uses the physical screening process of ultrafiltration membranes to separate liquids with different apertures. Its molecular cutting capacity (CWCO) is generally 6,000 to 500,000, and the pore size is 100nm (nanometers). The membrane used in ultrafiltration is an asymmetric membrane with an average pore size of about 10-200 in the surface active separation layer, which can cut off macromolecules and colloidal particles with a molecular weight of 500 or more, and the operating pressure difference used is 0.1-0.5 MPa.
