XHBP series

The XHBP series frequency conversion resonance test device is mainly designed and manufactured for the AC withstand voltage test of primary electrical equipment for substations of 220kV and below. It can meet the AC withstand voltage test of capacitive equipment such as transformer, GIS system, SF6 switch, cable and casing according to the regulations. This series of devices is mainly composed of variable frequency control power supply, excitation transformer, reactor and capacitor voltage divider. After the capacitor divider, the rectifier silicon stack is connected to complete the DC withstand voltage test of the device.

2. Resonant voltage waveform: pure sine wave, waveform distortion rate <1.0%;
3. Maximum test capacity: 1000kVA and below;
4. Working time: under full power output, one continuous working time is 60min; quality factor: 30~90;
5. Frequency adjustment: sensitivity: 0.1Hz, instability: <0.05%;
6. Working power supply: 380/220V ± 15% / 50Hz ± 5%;
