Brief Introduction:

The iqualitrol XHBT-3000Z fully automatic three-indenter digital display Brinell hardness tester adopts a precise structural design.

The test force is directly controlled by the force sensor, making the whole machine compact and the test force loading and unloading stable and accurate.

The test process is electrically controlled by the CPU, and the objective lens and the indenter are automatically switched. The switching positioning adopts a dual combination of mechanical and electronic, which improves the positioning accuracy.

The built-in touch screen and microcomputer make parameter setting and result display more intuitive and convenient to operate. It also avoids the stimulation and visual fatigue of the microscope's light source to the eyes and reduces the measurement error.

After selecting the corresponding Brinell scale to start, the hardness tester will automatically select the indenter and objective lens, the platform will automatically rise, and it will automatically return to the focusing surface after the test force is applied.

The indentation is clearly displayed and automatically measured, realizing the full automation of Brinell measurement. This model is a heightened type, suitable for the needs of more large workpiece measurement.

• The iqualitrol XHBT-3000Z has 10 test forces and 13 Brinell hardness test scales, suitable for testing various metal materials;

• It also has 3 ball indenters and two sets of objective lenses. When measuring different samples, there is no need to worry about frequently changing the indenter. The optical structure is tight and the magnification is high, making the surface to be observed very clear;

• According to the selected scale, the objective lens and the indenter are automatically switched, and the instrument will measure and observe according to the set indenter and objective lens;

• The automatic lifting platform adopts a precise structure with high stability. It automatically rises after the measurement starts, and automatically returns to the focus plane after the test force is applied, and directly measures, realizing the one-key automation function;

• The hardness tester and microcomputer are integrated, equipped with Win7 system, and have all the functions of a computer;

• Built-in CCD image automatic measurement system, touch screen operation display, can preset the test force holding time, adjust the light source strength, display the measured indentation length, hardness value, hardness value measurement range, measurement times, etc.;

• The software system can also calibrate, manually fine-tune, set upper and lower limit alarms and other functions to ensure the accuracy of the measurement;

• It has the function of converting scales, and can select the conversion value between hardness scales;

• The hardness test results can generate WORD or EXCEL reports, which can be directly saved or output to an external printer, making it convenient for users to review and study in the future;
