Description:
Characteristics of tungsten tubes
1. High melting point and good deformation resistance: Tungsten crucibles have an extremely high melting point of up to 3420℃, making them suitable for extremely high temperature environments. At the same time, creep resistance is highly valued in the production process, and the deformation of tungsten tubes is small after repeated use.
2. High purity: high-purity tungsten tubes, tungsten purity> 95%, are suitable for applications with extremely high material purity requirements.
3. Mature processing to ensure precise size and smooth surface: the inner surface is smooth ≤6um. Smooth inner and outer walls can ensure zero contamination of the product in the container even at high temperatures.
4. No internal cracks: Generally, tungsten tubes with internal cracks have a short service life. Before leaving the factory, all tungsten tubes will be subjected to eddy current testing to prevent internal cracks.
