groove the outer diameter of the base tube, guide the root of the
aluminum fin strip into the groove, and then lock the fin by
rolling to close the groove, forming a seamless and firm
structure.
Compared with traditional welded finned tubes, it can effectively
resist vibration and continuous thermal cycling, and the fins are
not easy to fall off. Its temperature resistance is much higher
than that of aluminum L-foot finned tubes, with a maximum
applicable temperature of 450°C, perfectly adapting to the
high-temperature working environment of boilers.
