We offer a wide range of customized, application-based cerium oxide glass polishing product formulations with a tightly controlled particle size distribution and excellent suspension characteristics to ensure a consistent polishing performance from batch to batch.

【Application】

It is suitable for optical spherical glass with abrasion 100-150. Cerium oxide abrasive is more used in the optical glass polishing. It is used as grains abrasive in suspension or fixed abrasive (pellets); these pellets are manufactured from a mixture made of cerium oxide abrasive and a organic binder.

1. Chemical properties: TREO>94%, CeO₂/TREO= 60-70%,La₂O₃/TREO=20-30%

3. PSD: D50=0.4-0.6 um,D99<4um

【Application methods】
Recommended specific gravity: 1.03-1.08, depending on the material and process parameters of the glass.
Applicable machine: flat polishing machine or spherical pendulum machine.
Suitable for workpiece: spherical lens with abrasion degree of 80-120, prism, motherboard substrate and other planar optical glass


【Packing】 25kgs/poly-drum ,500kgs/pallet;It can be according to customers requirements.
