White Fused Aluminium Oxide for Abrasives

White fused alumina (white fused alumina) is a kind of synthetic corundum. It is made from high-purity reduced melt to make alumina powder and other fillers. It is lower than 2000 degrees in the electric arc furnace. It is also called white fused alumina, abbreviated as " WA". Its main chemical composition is alumina (Al2O3, 99% minimum) and a small amount of sodium oxide (Na2O), iron oxide (Fe2O3) and silicon oxide (silicon dioxide). Because of its high alumina content, it is very hard, tough and has sharp edges, and has a very high refractory temperature. It can be used for grinding tool production, refractory materials, sandblasting, water jet cutting, steelmaking, metallurgy, casting, casting, Ceramic industry. We select high-quality high-purity alumina powder and melt it in an electric arc furnace. The technicians perform standard pulverization, shape improvement, sieving, magnetic component removal and classification. FEPA grit for abrasives and sandblasting.
