The Teflon-lined hydrothermal autoclave comprises high-quality stainless steel (SS-316) and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE); some researchers may call it a Teflon-lined hydrothermal reactor. We manufacture the reactor setup from 10ml to 500ml capacity. Generally, it is used to synthesize chemicals, nanoparticles, catalysts, and crystals at high temperatures. The hydrothermal or solvothermal reaction is carried out at high pressure; hence it is also known as a high-pressure reactor. It is resistant to corrosion, and acidic solutions, and stable at high temperatures.
