Working principle:
The belt filter press equipment consists of two parts: a belt concentrator and a belt filter press. The mixed liquid containing solid matter enters the equipment through the feed port. After entering, the liquid mixture will be evenly distributed on a seamless filter cloth. The filter cloth will move slowly under the drive of the machine.During the flow on the filter cloth, the liquid will be filtered out through the filter cloth, while the solid particles will be left on the filter cloth. The solid particles on the filter cloth will pass through a series of pressure rollers to further squeeze and dehydrate to reduce the water content. In the cleaning section, the filter cloth will be cleaned and prepared for the next round of filtering operations.The dehydrated solids are continuously discharged from the discharge port of the equipment under the push of the belt.
