Working Principle of Tower Dryer
1.The tower dryer is a metal steel structure. The hot air enters the tower from the middle wind chamber, and is evenly distributed to each inlet box after passing through the air distributor. After heat and mass exchange in the grain layer, it is discharged out of the tower through the damp box. Metal shutters are installed at the damp outlet to achieve environmental protection and have no effect on atmospheric airflow dehumidification.

2.The heat exchanger, drying tower and hot air supply pipeline are all made into double-layer metal shells, with refractory rock wool insulation in the middle to improve the drying effect. The wind and smoke pipelines are equipped with smoke and air temperature controllers to adjust the hot air temperature, flow rate and total pressure parameters to ensure the ideal operation of the drying operation.

3.The induced draft fan of the tower dryer is arranged at the smoke exhaust port of the lower smoke box to form a negative pressure in the smoke path in the heat exchanger, and the blower is arranged at the air inlet of the heat exchanger to form a positive pressure state in the heat exchanger to ensure the purity of the hot air.
