Product Description

BGT 5-24V DC SDI12 output FDR smart greehouse plant soil temperature moisture humidity ec sensor
The product adopts micro-power circuit design and follows SDI-12 protocol. BGT-SM1 Soil temperature and moisture sensor is based on the capacitive frequency domain measurement method. By measuring the soil apparent dielectric constant, the soil volume moisture content is calculated. The heat sensitive element inside the hollow probe measures the soil temperature. Soil moisture and temperature were measured at the same time. It's a two-in-one sensor. BGT-SEC Soil temperature humidity and EC sensor adds an impedance measurement circuit to measure the impedance between the electrodes to convert the soil volume conductivity ECb. Three parameters of soil moisture, temperature and conductivity were measured simultaneously. It's a three-in-one sensor. The output of BGT-SM1 is compatible with American DECAGON 5TM SDI-12 output data format. The output of BGT-SEC is compatible with American DECAGON 5TE SDI-12 output data format. Features: Micro power consumption, static standby current is only 20uA (when powered by 12V)
