MAY-2515A intelligent panel bender is equipped with a pressing arm feeding technique, its production process is in accordance with the high-precisionmachine tools standard. It can be used for mesh, corrugated, hollow as well as different shaped work pieces. It features an automatic reposition mechanism, oblique reposition (arching), double C-axis rotation, wider applications and finally outstanding stability and reliability.
It is a top-quality panel bender, delivering you not only maximum efficiency and accuracy, but also a variety of dynamic working options. It is a reliable, easy-to-operate and efficient shaping tool, making production processes easy and convenient.

Features:

The machine adopts pressing arm as feeding method, with Y axis double lift automatic positioning tools as positioning method.
The standard axe quantity is 15. It is suitable for stainless steel, aluminum panel, cold panel and other metal materials, with metal sheet thickness range from 0.35mm to 3.0mm and panel size of Max. 2500*1500mm.
It can process mesh, corrugated, hollow and all kinds of flat panel or special shaped of work piece, with functions of automatic reposition, oblique reposition, improved C axis rotation speed and accuracy;
It is equipped with standard power hinge knife and special tooling structure and pneumatic upper pressing tooling to bend thicker panel.
