The main production process:

1. Raw materials: such as corn straw, soybean meal, wheat bran, grass, corn and other raw materials are prepared in a certain proportion.

2. Raw material mixing: fully mix the prepared raw materials to improve the particle quality.

3. Raw material granulation: the evenly stirred raw material is fed into a granulator for granulation (either a 400 type feed granulator or a 300 type feed granulator can be selected, depending on the user's demand for production).

4. Particle drying: feed particles compressed by the particle machine are fed into a countercurrent dryer to dry the moisture contained in the feed particles, increasing their strength and facilitating storage.

5. Particle cooling: the dried feed particles have a high temperature and are prone to clumping. After cooling, they are easy to pack, store, and transport.

6. Finished product packaging: pack the compressed feed pellets, also known as finished products, in a well ventilated place for storage.
