This T409C Candy/Deep Fry Thermometer has a clamp to attach to the pot. This keeps the probe off the bottom and away from the sides for an accurate reading of the syrup or hot oil. It has a large easy to read dial. To ensure the thermometer stays accurate, it is professionally calibrated. It is also suitable for cooking crispy deep-fried foods. It is made by robust, durable stainless steel for a lifetime of performance.
