The Side Feeder is mainly including the Screw,Gearbox,Spline Housing,Stuffing Box,Hopper and Bracket.

JOINER employs segmented screws with a self-wiping profile to provide optimum feeding properties for a wide range of raw materials such as fillers,fiberglass, talcum powder,calcium carbonate and most inorganic materials.

Our side feeders are available, both matched to almost every type of twin screw extruder.Now it has gradually replaced all the Nanjing Side feeders used for foreign customer. And there are nearly 50 sets used by Shanghai and Guangzhou Kingfa. It works successfully, and our clients are satisfied.

Inspection of screw element Barrels

Joiner will throughly inspect all parts of wear,Cracks,Imperfections,Straightness,and Concentricity.Joiner will rapair broken barrals,and other componets.Inspections need to be performed to determine the severity of damage and if reparation is an option.All conclusion are documented in detailed reports with respective Recommendations.
