  Beijing Zhongxing Shiqiang Ceramic Bearing Co., Ltd., founded in 2005, situated in No. A38 Weishanzhuang Industry District, Daxing District ,Beijing, is the first company in China to invent and manufacture rare-earth ceramic bearings. The rare-earth ceramic bearings have characteristics of strong resistance against all kinds of acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive medium erosion, high temperature resistance, wear-resistant, dimensional stability at high temperature, etc. They can be used in worse lubrication working condition with a long operating life, thus it is a new kind of high-tech products material, with great social and economic value.

  Besides, the founder of the company started theoretical research and process development on ceramic bearings as early as 1982, and obtained two national invention patents in 1992/1994 (Patent No. ZL92114993X for rare-earth ceramic bearings and Patent No. ZL94106294.S for ceramic ball processing technology).

  At present, our company mainly produces ceramic bearings, sliding bearings, ceramic balls and ceramic industrial parts. The production materials are high performance ceramic materials, mainly SSIC, Si3N4, ZrO2, Al2O3.

  The advantage of our company is that we have specialized production line for high precision ceramic balls, and we can produce customized GPS (Gas Pressure Sintering) and HIP (Hot Temperature Isostatic Pressing) sintered Si3N4 balls and ZrO2 balls. The quality of our products is equivalent to ASTM F2094 F2094M-08 standard class I and II materials, and the precision grade reaches international standard G3, G5, G10 ceramic bearing balls, etc. Please note that the most of equipment used in our production and testing process are from Mitsutoyo Japan, and the hot isostatic sintering furnace is from ABB Sweden, therefore, the quality of our products is absolutely superior.
