Drum Gear Coupling with Brake Disc (WGP)
With the brake disk and drum gear coupling, the coupling comprises
a are used to connect the power input and output shaft of a left
sleeve and a right sleeve in the end left sleeve is provided with a
drum shaped gear set, a connecting sleeve in the left sleeve
periphery through the drum shaped gear tooth and the inner sleeve
on the left the engagement end right sleeve is provided with a
connecting flange, the connecting flange and the connecting sleeve
through the through bolt connection fixation, a brake disc is
clamped and fixed between the connecting flange and the connecting
sleeve, with brake disk and drum gear coupling has the advantages
of simple structure, convenient installation, the brake disc is
connected with the right sleeve rigid, brake load and vibration
during the braking process undertaken by the right sleeve, and not
on the meshing performance of drum gear damage, and brake disc of
their stability is also greatly improved, to ensure the reliability
of operation.
