Working principles:pump is on, vacuum the hood, then close the valve, After some minutes, if the figure is not moving, pressure not changing means no leaking.

Operating Steps:

• Clean the welding part and lather around welding lap.
• Locate the hood (1) and plug (6) connects to power.
• Turn on the switch (5) and vacuum testing space, when the hand of watch (4) reaches 20-30 cm/Hg, do close switch (5).
• Find if there is air leaking to observe bubble on testing area through the hood.
• After test, collect the hood, then clean the sealing piece and put it in the box.
