1. How to order?
Inquiry → Quotation → Negotiation → Samples → PO/PI → Mass Production → Book Space → Balance/Deliver → Further.

2. How does your factory do regarding the quality control?
“Quality Comes First”. We have professional QC team to inspect each items from the links of production to package.

Always a pre-production sample before mass production; Always final inspection before shipment.

3. What’s your MOQ and payment term?
Usually the MOQ is 500kgs, but we can discuss by different orders.

The payments are: 30% T/T as deposit, 70% before delivery.

4. Will you ask us for the molds charge?
Of course, they are not free. However, we have another advantage policy to you.
If you can order our products by the molds we have made for you up to certain quantity, we will refund the corresponding mold charge.
