How to make strip light ?

2. Test Line: After SMT Line, you will got the FPCBA, so we need to test whole FPCBA by hitting and test the lighting, if there are the mistake mounting, the diod components problem, unlight, and other problem, the labor need to revise it in this step, so it is manily test by manully.

3. Splitting line: After the Test Line, the FPCBA need splitting into each single line roll to roll. It is using the splitting machine, very easy for operate. After this step, normally will have thousand meters single strip light.

4. Extrusion line: After splitting line, for waterproof and dust proof , will need to do the extrusion for the strip light. By this line, you could choose the pvc material or silicon material, also could make the Nenon light .
