The production process of HDG Continuous galvalume Line produces Hot-Dipped Galvalum steel sheets from base metal of Cold Rolled Coil, process consist of cleaning or degreasing, pickling to remove scale and residual from the surface, annealing furnace is used to achieve desired mechanical properties for strip, then galvalume by coating steel with a layer of zinc by immersing the metal in a bath of molten alu-zinc, the steel sheet alloys with the zinc and aluminum to bond coating onto the strip surface. After hop-dipped galvlume process, variety of surface treatment can be applied, chemical passivation, chromate, oiling etc. Galvalume steel sheets are widely used in automobiles, home appliances, IT, high-grade building materials and ships and other fields.
