The AT24C32E-XHM-T Flash Memory Chips are a low-power, serial electrically erasable programmable memory device. This device is designed to interface directly with microcontrollers. It has a 32 Kbit memory size organized as 4096 words of 8 bits each. The device is available in a 0.5 mm pitch, 8-pin WDFN package, and is compatible with the 2-wire serial bus protocol.
