" One - key " Operation Automatic Condom Inflation Burst Testing Machine

This automatic testing machine is designed for measuring the bursting capacity and pressure of various condoms, rubber gloves, and similar products. It complies with GB7544-2009 Appendix G requirements for bursting volume and pressure measurement.

The condom is placed on the blow rod, covering the bilge cover position. The instrument first inflates the inflating sleeve, securing the condom between the inflating sleeve and clamp. After a brief software delay, the condom is inflated until it bursts. The screen displays bursting pressure and gas volume during bursting, expressed in cubic decimeters (integrated to 1dm³) and kilopascals (rounded to 0.01 kPa). The inflation rate is adjustable, and tests can be manually terminated if air leakage occurs, recording bursting volume and pressure as zero.
