REAGEN™ The AflaPure Total Kit contains immunoaffinity columns for the convenient purification and enrichment of total aflatoxin (B1, B2, G1, G2 and M1) from a variety of food, beverage and feed samples for downstream HPLC and ELISA analysis competitive.

Procedure Overview

REAGEN™ AflaPure Total immunoaffinity columns use a simple procedure to enrich aflatoxins from food samples. A liquid extract prepared from the sample is passed through the column to bind the aflatoxins. After washing the column with a wash solution, the aflatoxins are eluted using methanol.

The enriched samples are suitable for subsequent analysis by HPLC or ELISA methods. Each column is disposable and should only be used once.

Kit Contents, Storage and Shelf Life

REAGEN™ The AflaPure Total kit contains 25 columns. Store the kit at room temperature (18 - 25°C). The shelf life is 18 months when the kit is properly stored
