The principle of strengthening fiber mesh by spiny method is similar to that of acupuncture process, but it does not need needle, but uses multi-strand fine water jet produced by high pressure-spiny machine to spray fiber mesh. After the water jet passes through the fiber net, the rebound of the supported screen curtain and the insertion of the fiber net again. Therefore, the fiber in the fiber net produces displacement, insertion, entanglement and clasping under the hydraulic action of in different directions, so that the fiber net can be strengthened.

Spunlace Applications:
Medical use: surgical gowns, surgical cap. medical sheet , pillowcase , and tablecloths, medical gauze etc.

Spurs non-woven fabric is used for medical curtain, surgical clothing, surgical cover cloth, medical bandage material, wound dressing, medical gauze, aviation rag, clothing lining base cloth, coating base cloth, disposable material, instrument advanced rag, electronic industry advanced rag, towel, cotton, wet towel, mask coating material, etc.
