1.General Introduction:

This production line is used for coil with different specifications, through uncoiling, leveling and cutting to length to flattened plate as needed length and width.

Composed of coil car, double support un-coiler, pre-leveler, finish-leveler, length gauge, cut to length machine, stacker, servo driven system, etc. as well as pendulum middle bridge, pressing and guiding device and steering device.

2.Advantages and Characteristics of Sheet CTL Line:

1.) High precision

Leveling precision: ±1mm/㎡

Sheet length precision: ±0.5mm/m

Sheet diagonal length precision: ±0.5mm/m

2.) To make flat steel sheets, the diameter of leveling rollers should be scientifically proper, we confirm diameter of leveling rollers by actual experiences and engineering calculation.

3.) Automatically piling-up bracket can receive finished sheets and automatically pile them up orderly.

4.) Hole accumulator between decoiling and leveling, is necessary to protect sheet surface and make sure the simultaneously work of decoiling and leveling.

After order confirmation, we start to design the machine, such as the basement, structure,power, cutting device, programs and so on.

Loading:

Machine will be fixed inside container by steel wire, in order to make sure it won’t move during transportation and avoid any kinds of damage of machine and container.

7. Quality Inspection

The machines of our company have many certificates like ISO 9001, CE, SGS, etc.

Before the shipping, we have a series of quality check system, includes 3 times of inspection for every production procedure. First inspection needs the workers to check and sign on the test report. Second inspection involves department leaders to check and sign on the test report. The Third inspection needs professional inspector to check and ensure the machines are qualified.

We also give 12 month warranty time to the customer.
