Product Introduction

High frequency welded pipe production line is mainly used for continuous production of straight welded pipe, using high-frequency induction welding, not only can produce round pipe but also can produce not more than the processing range of round pipe square pipe and shaped pipe

Process flow:

Uncoiling → leveling → accumulator → rolling forming → high-frequency welding → external burr scraping → cooling → sizing → straightening → flying saw cutting → blanking

This technique is groundbreaking in pipe making industry.
It allows utilizing round-to-square forming when producing square/rectangular tube while sharing the break-down section and sizing section rollers for the entire line, achieving the high level of automation and accuracy as direct square forming while adopting round-to-square technique with better R pipe angles compared to direct square forming.
This new design is to better suit the future global pipe market. Currently, all the European region adopts only round-to-square formed pipe for steel structure and many regions and countries such as China are gradualy changing policies toward this because of the superiority of round-to-square tube in most building structures.
We have successfully manufactured and tested this technique in several locations in China, and they have stably functioned for more than 3 years. We would like to introduce this new technique to you to better benefit our valuable old customer.
