UHT Sterilizer
Product Application
The tubular sterilizer is a long, tubular-shaped unit made of stainless steel or other heat-resistant materials. The liquid product is pumped through the tube, while hot water or steam is circulated around the outside of the tube. This heats the product to the desired temperature, typically around 135-150°C, and holds it at that temperature for a set time, typically between 15-30 seconds, to ensure sterilization.
