HydroPneumatic Submarine Fenders, developed from pneumatic fender, can be applied for submarine, semi submerged ship which have underwater berthing requirement of STD or STS. Part of hydropneumatics submarine fender is filled with water as counterweight to make the fender float in an upright position. When berthing, that the fender can help to keep the reaction force small can protect the ship hull well.

Inspection & Certificate

We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing. The following tests are to be conducted:

- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

- Energy absorption and reaction test.

Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.

Inspect items as below:

1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.

Financial targets 2023

We have defined ambitious financial targets for our company. By 2023, Hongruntong Marine aims to grow sales to 600 million dollars, of which 300 million dollars will come from emerging markets. For adjusted earnings per preferred share (EPS), Hongruntong Marine targets a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10 percent between now and 2023. These financial targets are based on organic growth, including continuous portfolio optimization, that is, small and mid-sized acquisitions as well as divestment or discontinuation of nonstrategic activities. Potential major acquisitions or divestments are not built into our financial targets.
