12CrMoV belongs to the national standard pearl shape heat resistant steel, the executive standard: GB/T 3077-2015 12CrMoV has high tissue stability and thermal strength when used at high temperature for a long time, low overheating sensitivity during heat treatment, no tempering brittleness tendency; Steel has high plasticity and good machinability during cold deformation. The weldability is general, but the wall thickness parts need to be preheated to 200 ~ 300℃, and the stress removal treatment needs to be carried out after welding. This kind of steel is usually used in high temperature normalizing and high temperature tempering state, the service temperature is -40 ~ 560℃

The steel is mainly used in the steam turbine for steam parameters up to 540℃ of the main steam pipeline, guide vane ring, steam turbine separator, separator outer ring and tube wall temperature ≤570℃ of all kinds of superheater pipe, conduit and the corresponding forgings
