Description

Mirror processing is the highest state of metal cutting and is the most effective means to improve the service life of mechanical parts. Mirror surface-is a traditional synonym for very good roughness after mechanical cutting, which can clearly reflect the image of the metal surface of the object.

The mechanical processing methods to obtain the mirror surface include: the material removal method and the non-cutting method (rolling processing).

Material removal methods include: grinding, grinding, polishing, and electric spark.
Non-cutting methods include: rolling (using mirror tools), extrusion.

The material removal method must have the following prerequisites:
1. Large equipment investment (some grinders are worth more than 1 million yuan);

Q3: What are First Part China Limited shipping terms?
A3: Our standard terms are Ex Works. But as for express shipments(UPS ,DHL,FedEx), we use Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), that mean the client is responsible for paying import duty when the goods arrived.
